Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.
When items are returned to our warehouse, you will need to pay the postage cost. (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.
Please complete the returns card you received with your order to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.
Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached. We will then process this as a refund.
Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned
If products(s) are returned soiled, without hygiene stickers, or swing tags, then we reserve the right to refuse to refund.
Please include the returns form sent within your parcel.
